Free Yoga Class: AcroYoga Vinyasa Flow (MP3)

Do you like free yoga? Me too. This is an AcroYoga-Inspired Vinyasa flow class. If you are interested in laying down a strong foundation for any yoga practice– especially AcroYoga– this is the perfect daily routine for you.

It’s also my first attempt at audio yoga class. I promise to get better.

The MP3 is downloadable from the SoundCloud link. Put that on your iPhone and enjoy the heck out of it. Make sure you tell me what you think.

I made a video utilizing certain parts of this sequence a few weeks ago. Check out my AcroYoga Strength Training Vinyasa Flow.

Sounds great Daniel! Did you just stand in front of a mic and do this? Cause I can’t hear you moving around or anything.

Passarita jumping jacks were fun…and I made it into my first tripod headstand. Wahoo! Thanks for the class!
